Email Marketing Specialist (AUS Calendar -SL Shift)

We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will work closely with our team to create compelling email content, manage subscriber lists, and analyse campaign performance to optimize results.

The Job:

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Create engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns
• Segment email lists based on customer demographics, behaviour, and preferences to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns
• Manage email campaign deployment, including scheduling, testing, and optimization for deliverability and engagement
• Monitor and analyse email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
• Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, best practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and maximize results

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Email marketing roles, preferably in a marketing agency
• Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement, conversions and retention through email marketing
• Proven experience in email marketing with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and tools, such as Mailchimp, Kartra, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be conversational in English
