The Job:
- Onboard new / potential clients with a short turnaround time.
- Participate and support in campaign onboarding and client communication.
- Assist with billing follow ups and attend all meetings.
- Email communication with existing clients and executing on daily requests and tasks.
- Facilitate in the pre-launch process by gathering relevant information from clients and working with internal teams to ensure a successful and efficient launch.
- Internal communications with internal accounts teams and accounting teams on current business objectives.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years’ experience as the main point of contact for clients in marketing, e-commerce, affiliate, or lead generation.
- Reading or completed a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent and professional English written and communication inclusive of email communication.
- Familiarity with tracking links, server to server post backs, or iframe pixels.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and experience working in a team-oriented work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client requests and tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using common office software and tools for communication and project management.
