- Drafting Statement of Advice (SOs), reviewing SOs, and examining Record of Advice (ROA).
- Providing support in administrative tasks, such as preparing client execution Platform Forms.
- Generating a minimum of 2 Review SO reports daily for clients, each with varying levels of complexity.
- A minimum of 1 year experience in Australian financial planning or related field.
- Demonstrate strong motivation, ambition, and a keenness for continuous learning and skill enhancement.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with
- Capable of independently managing a diverse array of tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for computer-based tasks.
- Exhibits punctuality in meeting deadlines and promptly addressing required assignments.
- Can work autonomously with minimal supervision for day-to-day responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Xplan is desirable but not mandatory.
