The Job:

  • Proficient in developing and executing comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies aimed at enhancing organic search rankings and driving targeted traffic through paid advertising channels.
  • Experienced in conducting thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimizing website content to improve search engine visibility and relevance.
  • Skilled in implementing effective on-page and off-page optimization techniques to enhance website visibility and increase domain authority.
  • Experienced in managing PPC advertising campaigns across various platforms including
    Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms to maximize ROl.
  • Capable of monitoring and analyzing website and campaign performance using a range of
    SEO and SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc., to derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate regular reports on key SEO and SEM metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Committed to staying updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly and maintain competitiveness.
  • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO and SEM best practices into content creation and website development processes.
  • Skilled in conducting SEO and SEM audits to identify optimization opportunities and improve website performance and user experience.
  • Possesses strong conversational skills in English, enabling effective communication and collaboration in an English-speaking work environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in SEO and SEM roles, preferably in a marketing agency
  • Proven experience in SEO and SEM with a track record of improving organic search rankings and driving measurable results through paid advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles, techniques, and best practices
  • Proficiency in SEO and SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads Bing Ads, SEMrush, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely while demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing SEO and SEM strategies and achieving performance goals
