We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance professional to join our team! This role provides F&A support for our US client during UK shift hours.

The Job:

  • Perform, manage and own the entire end to end Accounts receivable/ order to cash process.
  • Investigate and address queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain data integrity and generate accurate reports for analysis.
  • Collaborate and communicate regularly with the onshore sales team.
  • Conduct analysis of debtor aging and provide insights.
  • Develop and present weekly and monthly dashboards and reports.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries as part of the financial reporting process.
  • Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy.
  • Contribute to month-end and financial closing procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, cash application, and voucher management.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Acumatica AR.
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP, and US business practices (preferred).
