IT Support Specialist (US Shift)

H Connect International is a leading BPO company offering outsourcing services to clients based in the US, UK and Australia. We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented IT Service Specialist who will provide support for our internal team. This role involves resolving technical hardware and software issues, responding to service requests for hardware, and maintaining asset management inventory.

• Provide comprehensive user support for hardware and software issues across Mac and Windows devices.
• Utilize expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to streamline device management processes
• Maintain meticulous incident and request tracking through a sophisticated ticketing system, preferably JIRA Service.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, implementing efficient solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record in IT support, particularly within the fast-paced environment of a tech start-up.
• Extensive technical background with a knack for troubleshooting hardware issues.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, adept at resolving complex technical issues.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
• Bonus points for experience with platforms such as OKTA, BetterCloud, Intune, and Mosyle.
