We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are seeking an experienced Australian Tax, Financial Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience including 2 years of training experience with a deep understanding of Australian taxation laws, financial principles.
The Job:
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on Australian tax regulations, financial management.
- Develop and deliver training programs that cater to varying levels of expertise, from beginner to advanced.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other educational resources.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax laws, financial regulations, and superannuation policies to ensure training materials are current.
- Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of clients and organizations, ensuring relevance and applicability.
- Develop and administer assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues related to Australian taxation, finance, and superannuation.
Requirements:
- Member / Pass finalist on CIMA, ACCA or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience including 2 years delivering training programs related to Australian tax, financial management.
- Strong knowledge of Australian taxation laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Certifications such as CPA, CA, or relevant training certifications are a plus.
