The Job:
- Ensure smooth running of HR processes, for a client operating in the UK based in the healthcare industry.
- Maintain meticulous data management and streamlined workflows across
HR databases. - Ensure data accuracy of all HR databases.
- Generate reports for informed decision-making, including visa tracking, absence analysis, training evaluation, and policy optimization.
- Take ownership of starter and leaver processes, guaranteeing a seamless transition for new and departing employees.
- Handle references and track probation periods.
- Issue training modules and upload certificates, track progress, and roll out relevant information to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent professional qualification as CIPM.
- 1-2 years of experience in the field or similar field is appreciated.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in basic HR is a must. A background in healthcare or BPO with a back-office focus is a bonus!
- A strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices will make you a standout candidate (though not mandatory).
- possess exceptional organization and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems
- Ability to work independently and meticulously for data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
